Tabatha Black

Tabatha Black LMT & Owner

CT Licensed Massage Therapist  #8278

Structural Remediation Practitioner | Certified Face Yoga Instructor
Member of the American Massage Therapy Association

Tabatha Black has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014 and opened her first one-room massage studio, 640 Massage Therapies, on the Westbrook Town Green in 2016. She named her practice for the 640 muscles in the human body, a reflection of her passion for anatomy and movement. By 2018, her vision expanded into a larger space, where she grew her team and broadened services to better support her clients. Today, her business has evolved into 640 Health Therapies, an integrative wellness center offering massage, advanced therapies, yoga, acupuncture, and community wellness events.

In her private practice, Tabatha specializes in Structural Remediation (SR), a method that restores ease and freedom in the central nervous system to support optimal movement and function of the body. She is especially passionate about helping clients find relief from TMJ, headaches, vertigo, tinnitus, concussions, and chronic jaw, head, and neck discomfort. One of her favorite aspects of SR is witnessing the transformation when clients regain comfort and mobility in areas they once thought would never change.

Her approach blends a deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, injury patterns, referred pain, and kinesiology with intuitive listening and a focus on the body–mind dynamic. She enjoys not only helping clients feel better in the moment but also sharing post-session strategies that empower them to sustain long-term wellbeing.

To further support clients, Tabatha became a Certified Face Yoga Instructor, offering practical, at-home practices that extend the benefits of her sessions. She also holds certifications in myofascial release, medicinal aromatherapy, facial gua sha, massage cupping, and nutrition, bringing a comprehensive and holistic approach to her work.

When she isn’t with clients, Tabatha can often be found creating formulations for the 640 Apothecary or foraging in the woods and connecting with nature, which inspires both her personal and professional life.

Her love for mindful movement began during her years as a multi-sport athlete, where dynamic stretching was always her favorite part of training. The practice offered her not only healing and resilience but also rekindled her sense of joy—a gift she now shares with her students.
Hayley’s teaching style blends mindful alignment with accessible, flowing sequences that encourage students to listen to their bodies and move in ways that feel supportive and empowering. Her goal is to create an inclusive space where everyone, regardless of experience, can connect with themselves and experience the transformative benefits of yoga.

Raegan Graziani

Raegan Graziani LMT

CT Licensed Massage Therapist #1535

Originally licensed in 1997, Raegan devoted nearly twenty years to the art of therapeutic massage, supporting individuals on their journeys of relief, recovery, and renewal. His path began with a deliberate choice—to offer more than massage, to create profound connection and impact in the lives of those he touched. From the very beginning, he understood the weight of this responsibility. “After deep reflection,” he recalls, “I knew there was only one true path for me: I chose healing.” His first business card reflected this ethos, bearing the guiding words: Touch a Body; Touch a Soul.

Over the course of his two-decade career in therapeutic massage, Raegan earned recognition among Manhattan’s finest, a distinction shaped in part by his esteemed affiliation with The Four Seasons Hotel. In 1998, he was invited to share his expertise on national television, appearing live on The View during “Spa Day” alongside Star Jones, Joy Behar, Robin Leach, and John Frieda. Raegan has supported countless clients through pain management and physical rehabilitation, specializing in injury recovery, joint discomfort (including neck, shoulder, hip, and knee), enhanced mobility, stress relief, and overall well-being.

He brings not only expertise and experience, but a profound devotion to the art of therapeutic care. His commitment to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit is the most meaningful gift he offers those he serves. He feels deeply honored to return to his roots in massage therapy, having renewed his Connecticut license—a reaffirmation of his devotion to healing, beauty, and meaningful service, the spaces where he feels most at home. Raegan continues to deepen his commitment to well-being as he trains to become a Certified Neurodynamic Breathwork Facilitator. Through this immersive practice, he explores pathways to emotional healing, self-discovery, and expanded states of awareness.

Sarah Rotella LMT

CT Licensed Massage Therapist #005377

Sarah Rotella, a licensed Manual therapist, Shamanic practitioner, medical intuitive, Energy medicine healer, and Spiritual mentor, has over 35 years of working in the fields of Spiritual Alchemy, energy, vibrational, frequency and physical healing. She holds numerous certifications in advanced studies, and is a current practicing student of Bio geometry, and informally studies German new medicine. Sarah’s current areas of focus and passion are calibrating the physical and spiritual wiring system through the heart- brain- somatic systems relationship. She is proficient correlating the systems, rhythms  and structures of the physical and spiritual connections of the whole person, in response to trauma, accidents/injuries, somatic and ancestral healing. She artfully and intuitively integrates both indigenous and modern day technologies,  to unlock core wounding, allowing the innate wisdom of the being to reconnect, recalibrate, heal and transcend, with a greater purpose to access the soul self and consciousness. She is also an experienced mentor and teacher of the alchemical process of healing, through her own lifelong journey, intuitive channeling and current consciousness.

Savanna LaSusa

Savanna LaSusa

Certified Somatic Instructor

Savanna brings over 20 years of healthcare education and experience, with a Degree in Health Science at Excelsior in Albany NY. Direct patient care roles in surgical tech, medical scribe, phlebotomist, certified medical assistant. She has worked in both hospital and outpatient environments, including family practice, specialty care, and emergency settings.
“Vanna” was born and raised on the West Coast and since childhood, she’s had a heightened sensitivity to internal states, intuition, and the body’s subtle cues. Through lived experience and personal healing, she came to understand how chronic stress and survival patterns shape the nervous system and disconnect us from our internal signals.
Following the birth of her fourth child and a major career transition, Vanna sought somatic support for herself and was drawn to the Embody Lab, where she completed certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT).
Her work integrates nervous system education, embodiment, shadow work, IFS and awareness-based practices in an accessible, client-led way. This training gave structure and language to what she had already learned through experience: that the body holds wisdom, and when we follow sensation instead of survival patterns, healing becomes possible.
At 640 Health Therapies, Vanna offers educational, experiential somatic sessions that are grounded in consent, choice, and pacing.
Her work is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment, but supportive nervous system education designed to help clients feel safer in their bodies, more connected to themselves, and more regulated in daily life.
