Tabatha, who specializes in Neuromuscular Massage, has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014. She opened her own practice, in 2016. Seeing how many of her clients were benefiting from regular therapeutic massage work and a desire to be around like-minded professionals, she seized an opportunity in 2018 to expand her practice and grow her business.
Tabatha’s practice focuses on the client’s wellbeing; Her understanding of anatomy & physiology, injury patterns, referred pain and kinesiology support her intuition and lend perspective to her understanding of the body/mind dynamic. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of post massage supportive measures to enhance her client’s continued wellbeing off the massage table
Adrienne Fierro

Adrienne graduated from Branford Hall’s massage program in 2007, her education sprouted the belief that massage is a balance of mind, body and spirit. Taking her time at each appointment to develop a treatment plan for her clients needs; whether that be relaxation, pain management or increasing range of motion; is important to Adrienne: “Communication is key to facilitating healing during and after each session.”
Adrienne uses her almost 15 years of practice, education and intuition to pull from an array of modalities ranging from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point, Craniosacral, Reiki and pregnancy massage. In her free time Adrienne enjoys gardening, painting and kayaking.

Raised in New York and educated at the Cortiva Institute in Cromwell, Connecticut, she has a deep understanding of the benefits of massage therapy. Ayme’s sessions are tailored to each individual, as she combines techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, and myofascial release to provide a personalized and intuitive approach. Committed to professional growth, Ayme is continuously improving her skills and advancing her career in the field. In her free time, she finds joy in watching romantic comedies and expressing her creativity through ceramics.

Belinda is an Integrative personal trainer which combines important Western biological knowledge with forms of healing that incorporate the mental and emotional capacities of humans to heal. Belinda discovered the practices and healing modalities on her road to understanding the critical role she played in her own self-healing. She believes that through self care practices anyone can create the internal power and resilience to love the life they are living.
She is driven to educate and guide anyone seeking to regain and protect their mental, emotional, social, and physical states of being. She has a passion for physiology and has gained master level training and experience in yoga, meditation, functional fitness and personal training while relying heavily on self care practices in herbal, aromacology, ayurveda, western & chinese medicine.
This combination of protocols launch the body’s mechanisms to heal from within. Belinda offers concrete, practical steps to help you capture your love of life. To assist you into self-care as a natural expression of your love of self, others and life itself. She has authored a proprietary curriculum, book and workbook for individualized programming to support an integrative lifestyle.

Dr. K. Bradley Lenz LAc DACM

Dr. K Bradley Lenz is a nationally certified acupuncturist, trained in Classical Chinese Medicine, with over 15 years of experience working to align people with their highest health intentions. He graduated from the Maui School of Therapeutic massage in 2004, specializing in “Mana Lomi.*”
Dr. Lenz graduated with a dual-degree from the Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in 2019, becoming a licensed acupuncturist in 2020. He ran a private integrative practice in Asheville, NC for several years, using acupuncture, massage, Chinese herbal medicine, and auxiliary techniques like cupping, gua sha, chinese dietary therapy and essential oil formulation.
He recently returned to his home-state of Connecticut and is a father to two boys. In his free time, Dr. Lenz enjoys surfing and coaching his son’s soccer team!
*Mana Lomi is a form of indigenous Hawaiian bodywork focused on re-aligning the body at all levels.
Cheryl Dimenstein
Registered Yoga Teacher
Cheryl has been practicing yoga since 1995. Her love for yoga came from experiencing a prenatal yoga class. She believes yoga is so much more than poses.
“It’s the balance of body, mind and spirit.”
After practicing yoga for many years, she decided to take the YT200 hour training to become an instructor. Her training was so much more than she imagined it would be, leading her down many different paths. Since completing the yoga teacher training in 2022, she has become certified in Children’s Yoga and Chair Yoga. Giving her the ability to share her love of yoga with differently abled individuals of all ages.
Over the past 20 years, she has worked with children ages 3 to 15, running many different programs through a local town’s Park and Recreation Department. Cheryl has also worked with adults with disabilities, writing curriculum and introducing many to mindfulness.
When not teaching yoga she’s working in an ABA center with preschool aged children. Cheryl is looking forward to sharing her love of yoga and mindfulness with the 640 community!
Gerri Jardine

Gerri is a devoted Yogi with a deep and abiding love of the practice. She has seen the good that Yoga can do when applied with focus, awareness and healthy outcomes with holistic practices. Since 2002, she has trained with Kripalu teacher Deva Parnell, owner of Discovery Yoga in St Augustine. Florida.
Gerri has taught hundreds of group, private, and semi-private classes, “discovering” something new in every class with every student. It is your uniqueness that she honors. She considers her work to be a creative endeavor guided by the principle that Yoga is inherently therapeutic and the core belief that Yoga is for everyone.
Her sessions honor all aspects of you, your mind, body and soul, working alongside you to achieve your goals.
Jaimie Lindberg
Nutritionist
Jaimie holds a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition from Bridgeport University. Her most recent endeavor, she graduated in 2022. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Saint Mary and an associates degree in Baking and Pastry from the Culinary Institute of America.
Jaimie blends her fascination with how the human mind works & her passion for food. She believes that healing should not have boundaries and needs to be tailored to each individual’s unique needs, she loves to think outside of the box. Jaimie is committed to finding different ways to help people live a better life.
This can be done with creating a beautiful relationship with food. Not only does food give our bodies energy, it can also be a powerful healing tool at the same time. A Greek philosopher named Hippocrates said, “Let food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be food.”
Jaimie loves to spend time with her dog, cat, and husband. She enjoys a good documentary and researching botanical medicine.
Karen “Gabi” Gabianelli

Gabi graduated from Westport CCMT in 1994, being among some of the first massage therapists to gain licensure in CT.
Gabi has always felt drawn to helping those in pain, naturally gifted with an intuition that draws her into the right spots. She has extensive experience working in chiropractic offices and takes a clinical approach with her client’s physical concerns.
Incorporating swedish, deep tissue and trigger point therapy her goal is to not only make the client feel better in the moment but to get to the root cause of the imbalance causing the client’s discomfort.
Ever the investigator, Gabi uses her natural curiosity, love of anatomy and body mechanics as well as her intuition to give her clients a complete mind-body experience. In her spare time Gabi loves to play pickleball & hang out with her 15 year old mutt Colby.

Karen is a graduate of Cortiva Institute in Cromwell. She has a career background in Occupational Therapy, concentrated in the adult and geriatric population. Her background leads to a holistic approach to wellness. She believes that therapeutic relationship and communication are the most important aspects of healing, wellness and client centered care.
Karen incorporates techniques of swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point work to meet the needs of her clientele. Karen is a lifelong learner who is always seeking to build her knowledge through continued education. In her free time, Karen enjoys time with her family and friends, spending time outdoors and seeing her “grandpuppies”.
Tom Levav LMT

Tom relocated to the United States in 2019 and graduated with honors from Cortiva Institute. He brings a wealth of knowledge and over a decade of experience practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine including cupping therapy, Tui-Na, and aromatherapy.
Tom attained his degree in TCM from Reidman School of Complimentary Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel and completed a residency at Chengdou University Hospital in Chengdou, China. Tom established a private clinic as well as worked in the public health system in Israel where he cultivated a reputation particularly among athletes and those suffering orthopedic injuries and pain.
Tom is looking forward to combining his foundation of eastern and orthopedic medicine with his expanded knowledge as an LMT, and to sharing his talents with the Shoreline!
