Cheri Bourne's work is exquisite — truly profound. Her sensitivity and skill are exceptional. I've never had reflexology done before and I didn't expect what happened — my state of consciousness was altered, I was transformed. It was deeply intimate and healing. Exquisite is the only word I can think of. Just exquisite. I am so grateful to her.

I’ve had a few sessions with Savanna LaSusa for Somatic Integration Practice, and she has done so much for me to help heal my nervous system. She really takes her time and listens. Savanna gives a wide variety of actionable steps you can take to calm your nervous system and also provides a safe and supportive place to practice during your time. The sessions are very tailored to your needs. I would highly recommend scheduling a session with her!

I am repeatedly elated with abundant light, hope, peace, and gratitude after each (truly) holistic bodywork experience SO different than I ever have in my entire life - extraordinary! I have been to every spa on the spectrum seeking massage in US and many countries with high frequency - integrative bodywork is NOT traditional massage, it is holistic brilliance... NOTHING in 40+ years of seeking relief has ever brought me this level of peace, relief, and balance. I feel like a reset button was activated the day I first walked through the door. The client education resources are a cherry on top of the services and elevate the outcome even higher. TY to Sarah and the incrediblly welcoming 640 team for encouraging my journey to wellness so gently, thoughtfully, competently, and compassionately 🙏🏼

I received a 90 min Deep Tissue Massage with Raegan and it was an amazing experience! !!! I can't say enough to describe the length of detail and concentration to detail. Truly masterful and intuitive with his techniques. You can absolutely tell that he exudes years of experience… I look forward to booking with him again soon! I’m so happy that he is a part of the 640 Team…they are awesome!!!

I had a Facial Gua Sha &neck massage by Tabitha and it was a game changing experience. I went in with the worst head neck and muscle pain and she was able to relieve all of it. I have worked with others at 640 for various services and they are all amazing at what they do. Very knowledgeable and helpful and the space is so peaceful and tranquil. I highly recommend

I don't have words to express how much I appreciate Karen Merrill at 640. I went in with debilitating back pain that I'd been dealing with for weeks, and in a 90 minute session I'm pretty sure she fixed me. Her knowledge of the body is unbelievable, and I wish I'd gone in before the pain got to the level it was at. Her expertise is truly invaluable.

Absolutely incredible experience. It’s not easy to find a truly great massage therapist, but 640 Health Therapies stands out as the best. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing. Ayme was fantastic—easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve struggled with back and shoulder issues, and she struck the perfect balance: deep enough pressure to work out the tension, yet gentle enough to keep me completely relaxed throughout the session. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I attended a Facial Alchemy Workshop at 640 Health Therapies and had a great time. Such a nice and welcoming place. I walked in the door and felt relaxed right away. Tabatha shared so much information with us and I learned quite a bit. She also followed up with emails and videos that are very helpful. All around a wonderful experience.

I made a last minute appointment this Saturday with Susie. It was amazing! From the moment I walked into the building until I left. I was greeted and welcomed with a warm inviting smile and I had a nice tour of everything there is to offer. My massage was nothing less than awesome. We spoke about all my troublesome areas and they were answered, I feel great! I really enjoyed my small talk with Susie and the silent moments. She has a true gift. Can’t wait to go back again.

I just had the most amazing facial done by Ayme 640 Health Therapies I’ve only had 2 facials professionally done and this was so much better than my first experience. The products she used were natural and SMELT AMAZING 🤌🏼😘 I was super dry and everything she used my skin absorbed so well. (It worked so good 21 yrs later glass from my car accident finally let go of my body the week after this facial). She also did a deep tissue massage on shoulders and arms. (I’ve never had one). LET ME TELL YOU!!! My left arm holds a lot of memory from my accident. I have a lot of scarred muscle and adhesions where it healed so it’s like a hard lump on my arm. During my accident I tried to reach for my seat belt out of fear with my left arm. It ended up getting crushed by my chest and the dashboard. (I have a very sacred memory from that I never embraced✨). ANYWAYZ LONG STORY SHORT::: Aymes healing hands, the ENVIRONMENT and my massage let me transcend and relive that experience. I giggled and had a good cry the whole way home. I LEFT GLOWING & I DID NOT TELL ANYONE I GOT A FACIAL. Until they said “Wow! Vanna your face is glowing.” 🪩 THANKS 💃🏼 HYDRATED FACIAL with an out of body experience.🌻 Soooo for you mamas out there or dehydrated Debbie’s or have any facial scars from traumatic accidents like me…. YOU NEED THIS.❤️

Incredible experience! If Acupuncture is what you seek, Dr. Bradley is who you're looking for.

My wife and I have been there several times each for massages with Tabatha and Bradley. Both were wonderful experiences and they are each so friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

Tom Levav was incredible. He helped me with my Hip and back concerns including Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping. I had never previously believed in any form of a massage. Tom provided clear feedback on what was going to happen. If you are seeking relief from any hip or back concerns I recommend Tom Levav!!!!

Carrie Alpert

echoing the sentients of the reviewer, Jeff Laude, as that is exactly how I feel and felt during my session with Dr. Bradley. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages (and I also had cupping) I have ever had ---I was so impressed that I am going to try acupuncture with Dr. Bradley; for sleep and menopause issues. Highly Highly Highly recommend

I can honestly recommend 640 Massage. I received a deep tissue massage as a father's day gift from my wife. The staff at 640 Massage are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and approachable. I want to shout out Bradley for all of his work, professionalism, and approachability, and encouragement with a supporting source. Bradley really made it a great experience as a first-time customer. I can say to prospective customers that you will leave better than when you arrived. Please consider booking with them and becoming a repeat customer. I hope to see them soon for a repeat session.

I have gone to massage640 twice. The last time I hobbled in and walked out! Deana gave me an outstanding massage! I truly was in so much lower back pain that I was having trouble getting around. After an hour massage I could walk again! I was able to use the stairs in my house! I know it sounds like hyperbole but it’s not. I’m not all better yet but I am much better. I already have another appointment scheduled and am planning on another one after that! Truly a great massage and great place to go!! I highly recommend it

Found 640 though a Google search knowing we'd be in the area. Easy communication via email from their website to get info and set up an appointment, then a quick call with cc info to hold it before travel. Professional and friendly staff warmly greeted us and we filled out some forms. I opted for a sports massage from Shelby and my wife had a Sweedish massage with Adrienne, both preforming a thorough massage that focused on areas we suggested and also the while body. Highly recommend treatment here if you are in the area!
