Harvest Retreat
November 14th-16th 2025
Join us this November for a nourishing wellness retreat—a chance to journey both inward and outward as we honor the turning of the season. Together, we’ll clear what feels heavy, make space for renewal, and awaken creativity as we move into the next chapter of the year.
In a cozy small-town setting, you’ll be immersed in ritual, reflection, movement, nature, and community. With opportunities to disconnect digitally and reconnect with yourself, you’ll explore practices that amplify inner power, anchor you in gratitude, and invite expansion.
Your experience will include:
Daily yoga classes to support body and mind
Gentle somatic exercises to release tension and reconnect with your body
A stay at the historic Captain Stannard
A rejuvenating face yoga workshop
A 30-minute infrared sauna session for deep relaxation and detoxification
A meditative beach walk to ground in nature and invite reflection
Three guided art projects to bring home
All-inclusive meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) prepared with care and intention
Through these guided experiences, nourishing meals, and creative expression, you’ll leave with not only tangible keepsakes but also a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and connection. Expect to feel lighter, more present, and more energized—with tools to carry your brightest expression into daily life.
This retreat is about community, restoration, and renewal. We’ll honor the sacred, support local women-owned businesses, and create space for release and rebirth. Come as you are, and leave feeling more fully yourself—peaceful, inspired, and ready to embrace the season ahead.
Gifts of the weekend (tangible & intangible):
Connection, peace, and emotional balance
Rituals of release, renewal, and gratitude
Three take-home art projects
A resurgence of energy and joy for life
The capacity to meet life with greater presence and resilience
